This week has been on of playing catch-up. Being sick all weekend last week kept me from prepping for this week and I felt behind all week long. It doesn’t help when the sun comes up as I leave for work and makes it’s way down on my way home. I have such a hard time dealing with hours upon hours of darkness each evening.
The gold letters in my planner this week are to remind myself of the letter of the day while I participate in the HandletteredABCs_2016. I started the original HandletteredABCs challenge last year but didn’t make it all the way through. This time around, while I haven’t been posting all the letters on instagram, I have been keeping up. The lack of light plays into not having good photos, but I am tracking my personal calligraphy at #abcsonthesidewalk.
The other thing I started this week was Helene Sula’s Blog Detox Course. I have goals for this year related to this blog, and Helene’s webinars have been a big help in organizing the tools to meet them. I’ve taken the Instagram Course and am now working through the Blog Detox, and I highly recommend them if you want help on all the tools available to make Blogging and Social Media easier to manage. For me, I’ve had trouble juggling my job and my blog since I graduated college, and I’m feeling more confident moving forward because of Helene’s help.
With that being said, I’m working on changing up the format of my Weekly Times posts. While I’ll still post my planner, I want to start rounding up my internet finds along with some recurring personal updates. What would you be most interested in seeing in this space once a week?
