hi there!
cindy here
I’ve long considered myself an over-planner, always preparing for every little detail. Who would have guessed I was actually living with undiagnosed Autism, ADHD, OCD, and hEDS until my early thirties?
Turns out, most of my “over-planning” (along with all the systems I’ve researched, trialed, adjusted, and moved on from over the years) was simply an attempt to meet my neurodivergent needs.
plananotherday started as a place to share my special interest in bullet journaling, a system either adored or loathed by other Autistic/ADHDers out there. But after a great deal of personal growth and understanding, I’m now working to make this space a place to share everything I’ve researched, struggled with, and found successful.
The internet is full of misleading information that can be incredibly difficult to sift through. A lot of my self-discovery journey was unnecessarily cumbersome because of how difficult it can be to connect with others who face similar challenges. If a single person can benefit from my story, every ounce of effort is worth it.
