Our products are made to order and will be shipped out within 3-5 business days upon payment. Any deviations from this timeline will be communicated via email, alerted on the shop page, and announced on social media.

We currently ship internationally from Portland, Oregon, USA.

For domestic orders, we offer two shipping options:

USPS First Class – Rigid Mailer

available for art prints of all sizes, includes tracking and insurance

USPS First Class – 5″x7″ Envelope

only available for orders including 5″x7″ prints, does not include tracking information or insurance

For international orders, we offer two shipping options:

USPS International – Rigid Mailer

available for art prints of all sizes, includes tracking and insurance

USPS Global Forever – 5″x7″ Envelope

only available for orders including 5″x7″ prints, does not include tracking information or insurance

We recommend utilizing the protection included with the Rigid Mailer options, as your order will be better protected and tracked. Our lower-cost Envelope option is available to remove the cost barrier often associated with shipping costs. We package our products with great care, no matter which shipping option is selected, but neither shipping speed nor damage protection is guaranteed when selecting the Envelope shipping option.

Free Shipping is available for both domestic and international orders at the following thresholds:

Free Domestic Shipping for orders over $80

domestic orders exceeding $80 will be shipped in a rigid mailer with tracked shipping at no extra cost

Free International Shipping for orders over $150

international orders exceeding $150 will be shipped in a rigid mailer with tracked shipping at no extra cost

Returns + Refunds

Our products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded at this time.

If there is an error with your order due to shipping issues, quality concerns, or incorrect items, these issues will be handled on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will do what we can to make things right.
